Thomson Remo is a Strength & Conditioning Consultant trusted by professional teams, universities, and performance facilities worldwide. He’s the Global Lead Educator for Wattbike, Woodway, and Exerfly, and he developed testing protocols still used today by USA Cycling and the NHL Combine.
